The investment process is founded on proprietary macroeconomic, quantitative and bottom-up research. The investment strategy teams leverage this research to determine optimal portfolio positioning related to sector and industry allocation, duration and yield curve exposure, and where applicable, regional/country allocation and currency positioning. Dedicated portfolio managers within each strategy team determine portfolio structure and security holdings based on the positioning decisions, recommendations by the security research teams, client objectives and guidelines, and portfolio risk analysis. These decisions are executed by traders, who ensure consistency within the strategies and compliance with investment guidelines.
